An Adelaide based web development company, Iugo delivers user-friendly web applications and online business management tools. In 2008, Iugo was placed in BRW Fast Starters list, and in turn, wanted to achieve a greater market presence and perception. Mitousa, with the help of commissioned illustrations, created a brand that reflected Iugo’s personality - imaginative, friendly and technology and business savvy.

Piers Schmidt acquired the hotel, previously a pub band haunt, and renovated it into an eclectic venue. The decor features a gold-plated bar, divine retro wall-mounted lamps and huge light fixtures suspended from a shimmering gold painted ceiling. In an industry that is constantly changing and evolving, the identity needed to be contemporary and dynamic. We created a look and feel that works beautifully with Hotel Tivoli’s decadent atmosphere and elegant surrounds.

St Peters Girls strategic plan needed to capture the school’s future direction into a concise document, and in turn, provide the community with a snapshot in an interactive and stylish manner. A booklet outlines their statement of purpose and goals at a glance; the poster folds out to reveal the school and its masterplan. The result? A dynamic package that reflects the progressive nature of this leading girls school.

The client's brief was simple - create a brand that reflects the opulence and up-market vibe of this members only bar which features the world's largest collection of fine rums in Australia. Mitousa drew upon the style and tradition of rum labels and marks to produce a modern identity that complements the overall design of the bar.

An established bakery, Pat-a-Cake wanted to refresh its identity with the impending opening of a new retail store. Mitousa developed a concept to represent their unique personality - a bakery that has been providing 'home made goodies' to customers since the 1980's.
Using emotive photography and the nursery rhyme, an identity and retail space was created that evoked comfort, warmth and a sense of playfulness.

Our client purchased one of Adelaide's oldest pubs with the aim of fusing traditional customs with an elegant, modern look. It started with reinstating the original name and carried through to the smart new décor. Taking on the new interior influences, along with bold, modern colours an iconic identity was created that reflects the history and tradition yet conveys a sense of modern-day thinking.

The key focus of the Reproductive Medicine Laboratory brand was to communicate RML as scientists as well as leaders in reproductive health technology.
A clean, professional design was developed. Key elements included the dots, which originated from ‘looking into the microscope’. The resulting form was organic and nurturing, communicating the delicate nature of their work.

Oaks Plaza Pier incorporates seven entertainment venues. Each trader required a dynamic identity reflecting their individual businesses yet all needed to sit together under one umbrella. Through the use of typography, specific colour palettes and organic marks, identities were developed for each trader and rolled out on all stationery, brochures, menus, uniforms and signage.

The school’s brief - produce a prospectus that captures the vibrancy of its school community. Campbelltown Primary school cares very much for young people and supports them as they learn and grow. Through the use of crisp photography and a dynamic layout, the interactive learning environment is revealed enabling the school to market itself locally, nationally and internationally.

The Tibet Project is an Adelaide filmmakers initiative to raise awareness about the issue of Tibet and its importance as a metaphor for the principles of human rights, democracy, freedom, truth and justice.
Through the website design and supporting literature, Mitousa created a website that embodies the spirit of The Tibet Project and reflects the journey being undertaken.

A number of items were rolled out in this campaign including a St Peters Girls jar of jam, sent to old scholars, along with an invitation for jam and scones with the head of the School. With the focus on preservation, Mitousa created a successful recipe that captured the values and traditions of the school.

A family-run business, Musolino &Co recognised the next stage of their business development was to establish their product in the marketplace. Mitousa developed an identity for the company that reflected their history and the hands-on nature of their business. Through the illustration and use of a pair of boots, the proud family history is revealed and the tag ‘Fresh From the Garden’ is reinforced.

Adelaide Fresh Fruiterers are a well-established fruit and vegetable retailer with a reputation that extends across most of the city.
Mitousa has provided numerous pieces of literature ranging from marketing campaigns through to a “Celebratory 21 Years” Calendar. Each product has reinforced and delivered the Adelaide Fresh motto: ‘your tastier choice’ and has helped to keep them at the forefront of their industry.

Mitousa was commissioned to re-develop Rheinland Bakery’s brand to be more appealing and to reflect their boutique nature. It was supported by a photographic and typographic style that gives depth and warmth to the Rheinland Bakery story. The product range was shot on clean, neutral backgrounds with soft lighting and a shallow depth of field. The branding was designed to appeal to a predominantly female market.

Mitousa was approached to create the brand for this client whose vision is to provide timely, quality service for patients with urgent health problems when their general practitioner is not available. Mitousa created “The Other Practice – when your GP is unavailable” communicating the idea of a preferred option. Movie Maker SA allowed students to get involved in the film making process. An interactive media project marketed to teachers and students state wide, students were able to determine the outcomes of the project and enter competitions to write it, name it, star in it, film it and see it! The logo and website were designed to appeal to a core audience of 10-17 year old students and to encourage participation in this unique initiative.
